Client Responsibilities

By participating in our workshops, you agree to adhere to the policies outlined herein. It is essential to arrive on time for scheduled sessions and to inform the instructor of any prior medical conditions or concerns prior to engaging in practices. We appreciate your commitment to learning and your respect for fellow participants.

Cancellation Policy

We maintain a strict cancellation policy to ensure a smooth operation for all clients and students. If you wish to cancel your appointment or workshop registration, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Refunds will be issued for cancellations made within this time frame, while late cancellations may incur fees. We reserve the right to cancel workshops due to insufficient enrollment and will notify participants promptly if this occurs, ensuring that you have the option for a full refund or a transfer to another workshop date.
